AP ration depots introduce QR code posters to provide better services: Minister Nadendla

Kakinada, June 26 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Minister for Civil Supplies Nadendla Manohar today said that the government's aim is to provide better services to the people, and as part of that it has introduced the system of QR code posters at every Ration depot.
In a press release from his office here, Nadendla said that Ration card holders can scan the QR code and send their suggestions and complaints, if any.
They should record the details in the arranged web form questionnaire. Their opinions on whether they have taken this month's ration? Are you satisfied with the quality of the ration commodities? Did they supply them with the correct weighment? Did the dealer behave properly? Did he charge anything extra? These questions need to be answered in 'yes or No', he added.
The Minister claimed that this policy was being implemented to better the services with the participation of the public. The present system of supply through ration shops was giving a better result.
As such the people should be involved in this new process of bettering the services, he added.
