Bihar: PM visits DyCM Vijay Sinha's residence, blesses his son on ring ceremony

Patna, May 29 (UNI) In a rare gesture, Prime Minister Narendra Modi taking time off from his hectic schedule, visited residence of Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha and blessed his son and would-be daughter-in-law on their ring ceremony.
Modi, who is on a two-day visit to Bihar to inaugurate and lay foundation stones of several projects worth Rs 50,000 crore, visited residence of Deputy CM Sinha to bless his son Govind Bhardwaj and would-be daughter-in-law Shambhavi.
He, earlier during the day, had inaugurated new terminal of Patna airport and laid foundation stone of new civil enclave of Bihta airport besides holding roadshow and participating in a meeting of BJP to assess preparations for next Bihar assembly elections.
"It is a proud moment for our family members that PM Modi visited our residence to bless my son on ring ceremony. I also invited him for marriage ceremony of my son," the Deputy CM said.
PM is scheduled to address a public meeting in Bikramganj of Rohtas district on Friday. He will launch and lay foundation stones of several roads and power projects worth Rs 50,000 crore during the public meeting.
