Delhi govt's 502 Palna centres providing crucial childcare for working mothers

New Delhi, Oct 4 (UNI) Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said that the Palna Centres (Creches) across the city are supporting working mothers, giving them the confidence that while they fulfil their responsibilities, their little ones are in safe hands, learning, playing and growing with care.
Gupta has shared that with 502 Palna centres, the Delhi Government is building a citywide childcare network that gives working mothers the support to stay in the workforce and pursue their livelihoods without compromising on their children’s care.
According to officials, the network of these centres is expanding the support system, which is helping working mothers to maintain a balance in their lives, taking care of motherhood, and ensuring economic independence at the same time.
