Digital Guided Tour System at Natural History Museum

Thiruvananthapuram, July 1 (UNI) A modern digital guided tour system has been set up at the Natural History Museum in Thiruvananthapuram, one of the premier natural history museums in the country.
The digital guided tour will be inaugurated by Kerala Minister for Ports, Museums, and Archives Kadannappally Ramachandran here on July 2 at 4 pm.
The digital system provides information about the museum’s collections in four languages - Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, and English, offering visitors both enhanced knowledge and an engaging experience.
The Natural History Museum, functioning under the Museum and Zoo Department, is one among the 13 Natural History Museums in India.
The Thiruvananthapuram Natural History Museum originated from the museum established during the Travancore colonial administration in 1853. A dedicated museum for natural history collections was formally established in 1964.
