The three-day drive led to the arrest of 131 accused in various cases. Action was also taken against 24 proclaimed offenders and absconders who had jumped bail, while 26 missing persons were traced and safely reunited with their families.
A police official said police stations, crime branches and special teams across the district worked in close coordination, targeting criminals, drug peddlers, illicit liquor sellers and those running or playing gambling dens.
