Jurgla joins Celta from Brugge to strengthen attack ahead of European return

Madrid, June 25 (UNI) Celta Vigo has moved to strengthen its attack for the forthcoming season by signing striker Ferran Jutgla from Belgian side Club Brugge.
The 26-year-old, who played nine times for FC Barcelona in the 2021-22 season before joining Brugge, returns to Spain after three successful seasons in Belgium where he scored 40 goals in
148 appearances and also gained experience of playing in European competitions.
Jutgla will add bite to Celta's attack as the club prepares to play in the Europa League next season after an impressive seventh place in La Liga. He has agreed a contract until the end of June 2029.
"At 26-years of age, he is a versatile forward, with great mobility and flair, always alert to space and with a clear attacking vocation."
"His incorporation represents a boost for our attack, and the club is confident that he will be a key player in the exciting campaign that begins in just a few days," celebrated the Celta website announcing his arrival.
