Thiruvananthapuram, May 17 (UNI) Kerala witnessed a sky-high inflation under the rule of CPI(M)-led Pinarayi Vijayan Government in the State, BJP President Rajeev Chandrasekhar said on Saturday.
"Pinarayi Vijayan government’s tenure has been a nightmare marked by sky-high inflation, record unemployment, and stalled development," the BJP leader said in a message.
"Driven by unsustainable debt and rising taxes, the state has burdened its people and failed its
youth. Tens of thousands have been forced to migrate in search of education and jobs, while
political favoritism tramples merit."
"In a state shunned by investors, development now survives solely on central funds. With no real achievements to its name, the government is misleading the public by rebranding central schemes
as its own and using taxpayers’ money to glorify nine years of failure," he said.
"After completely wasting nine years, with nothing to showcase in the end, Kerala's CM, his son-in-law and their cronies are now celebrating the people’s suffering, tears, and helplessness."
"This must end. Only then can the vision of a 'VikasitaKeralam' become a reality. For that, Kerala’s politics must change."
