Maha: Ajit Pawar congratulates Indian Army for success of 'Operation Sindoor'

Mumbai, May 7 (UNI) Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar on Wednesday congratulated the Indian Army and soldiers for making 'Operation Sindoor' a success.

In a press statement issued here, he said that India has taken a strong stand against terrorism and launched 'Operation Sindoor' this morning in response to the terror attack in Pahalgam.

Appreciating attack and destruction of terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, he said that the country has full faith in capabilities of Indian soldiers and the entire country stands behind them in unity.

'Operation Sindoor' has once again proven that Pakistan-sponsored terrorism will not be tolerated anymore, he said and added that such action will continue until terrorism is eliminated.

Pawar congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh for giving complete freedom and strength to the Indian armed forces and standing firmly behind them.
