Maha CM Devendra Fadnavis to visit Nashik, attend meeting for Simhastha Kumbh Mela 2027

Nashik, May 31 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will visit Nashik tomorrow and attend the Bhoomi Pujan of the 'Chakra' project of Maharashtra Health Science Vidyapith. He will also attend a meeting for preparations for the Simhastha Kumbh Mela 2027.

Preparations for the Simhastha Kumbh Mela have entered the final stage. Due to the presence of Chief Minister Fadnavis, Sunday's meeting has acquired special importance and the attention of Nashik residents has been drawn to it.

Two office bearers of thirteen major akhadas in Nashik and Trimbakeshwar will participate in this meeting, and the administration has made special transport arrangements for them.
A special vehicle has been deployed for each akhada. Due to this, the journey of the sadhus and mahants will be easy and respectful.
In the backdrop of the Chief Minister's visit, the police administration has inspected the security arrangements. Discussions were held in the presence of senior officials regarding traffic regulation, entry routes and parking arrangements.
Necessary instructions have been given to the employees and officials, and all precautions are being taken to ensure that there is no lapse.

Three ministers will be present at the Simhastha Kumbh Mela meeting, namely Simhastha Kumbh Mela Minister Girish Mahajan, Education Minister Dada Bhuse and Food and Drug Administration Minister Narhari Jirwal.
Along with this, the administration said that the Mahants of three akhadas of Nashik and 10 akhadas of Trimbakeshwar will be present at the meeting.
