Maha: Minister directs to give ex-gratia grant to families affected by 4-laning project of Virar-Dahanu Road railway

Mumbai, May 7 (UNI) Maharashtra Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule said on Wednesday that ex-gratia grant would be given to families from Survey No 216 Asangaon who are affected due to the four-laning project of Virar-Dahanu Road railway and construction of a railway car shed.
He gave this order in a meeting held in the hall of the ministry about affected families of Virar-Dahanu along with other issues.
Bawankule said that while land is being acquired for the railway, people of that place should be rehabilitated.
