Hyderabad, Oct 27 (UNI) US-based wealth management platform AssetMark on Tuesday announced opening of its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad, with a capacity to accommodate around 500 employees, to strengthen its global technology and business operations.
The centre, named AssetMark Global Wealth, marks the next phase of the company's operations in India after nearly a decade of working through an outsourcing model, the company said in a release.
The new facility will bring a dedicated team in-house to support its global operations and expand its technology and engineering capabilities.
The centre will work closely with teams in the United States on technology, engineering, operations and product management initiatives.
The Hyderabad team will also focus on using artificial intelligence to improve financial advisors' productivity, enhance client services and scale engineering operations, while retaining human judgement in decision-making.

The company, which is in its 30th year, provides financial advisors with planning tools, investment solutions and operational support to help them grow their businesses and serve clients.
