WinZO reports Rs 315 Cr profit in FY24

Mumbai, Apr 30 (UNI) WinZO, India’s largest interactive entertainment platform, on Wednesday reported its audited financials for FY-2024, showcasing record-breaking results with Rs 1,055 crore in revenue and Rs 315 crore in profit.
This marks a 70 percent and 151 percent year-on-year increase, respectively, despite navigating a significant regulatory change—the imposition of a 28 percent GST on gross receipts from October one, 2023.
The company stated that the full-year financial impact of this increased taxation will only be evident in FY-2025.
The platform’s stellar performance is attributed to key strategic levers. WinZO has grown its user base to 250 million organically, capturing nearly 40 percent of India’s online gaming audience.
Its diversified portfolio includes over 50 games across genres such as Ludo, Carrom, Chess and 8 Ball Pool, and is powered by over 50 developer partners.
The company has also filed over 50 patents and operates with a lean 200-member team, underlining its innovation-driven and efficient business model.
According to the statement, the company has expanded beyond Indian shores, WinZO has launched its operations in Brazil, offering localised experiences in 16 languages.
This move mirrors its successful India-first approach and sets the foundation for future global scale.
