Godrej to launch Rs 500 crore housing project in Hoskote

Bengaluru, June 16 (UNI) Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL), a leading Indian real estate developer, on Monday announced its foray into Hoskote in East Bengaluru with the acquisition of a strategically located 14-acre land parcel, where it plans to develop a premium residential project.
The upcoming project is estimated to yield approximately 1.5 million square feet of saleable area with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,500 crore, the company said in a statement.
This new development builds on the success of Godrej Woodscapes and marks another step in GPL’s aggressive expansion strategy in East Bengaluru, an area that has seen a surge in residential demand due to its improving infrastructure and connectivity.
"Hoskote is an important micro-market for us in East Bengaluru," said Gaurav Pandey, MD and CEO, Godrej Properties. "It continues to demonstrate strong demand for high-quality housing and aligns with our vision of developing best-in-class residential communities. We aim to build a high-quality development that creates long-term value for its residents."
The site is located approximately 5 km from National Highway 75 and is well-connected to key hubs including Budigere Cross, KR Puram, and Whitefield. It is also in proximity to major employment zones such as ITPL and the upcoming Aerospace Park.
The area is currently undergoing significant infrastructure upgrades, including arterial road improvements and industrial zone expansion, further enhancing Hoskote’s profile as a future-ready urban destination.
