Indian embassy in Iran issues safety advisory to Indian nationals

Tehran/New Delhi, June 13 (UNI) In view of the evolving security situation in Iran, the Indian Embassy in Tehran has issued an advisory to all Indian nationals and persons of Indian origin residing in the country.

The embassy has urged the Indian community to remain vigilant, avoid all non-essential movements and strictly adhere to safety protocols issued by local authorities.

It has also advised that individuals stay updated by following the official social media accounts of the Embassy.

"In view of the current situation in Iran, all Indian nationals & persons of Indian origin in Iran are requested to remain vigilant, avoid all unnecessary movements, follow the embassy’s Social Media accounts & observe safety protocols as advised by local authorities," the advisory said.
