Shah meets officers, commends them for success in anti-Naxal ops

New Delhi, June 7 (UNI) Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday met senior police officers who played a pivotal role in the recent anti-Naxal operations and congratulated them for their strategic leadership and effective execution.

"Met officers who played a crucial role in the recent operations conducted against Naxalism and congratulated them on the historic success of these missions," the Home Minister said in a post on X.

Expressing deep appreciation for the courage and dedication of the security forces, Shah stated, "I am also eager to meet the brave soldiers who made these operations successful with their courage, and I will soon visit Chhattisgarh to meet them."

Reaffirming the government's unwavering stance against Naxalism, Shah said, "The Modi government is committed to freeing India from the scourge of Naxalism."
