Women in Delhi to get free travel in DTC, cluster buses only through Pink Saheli Smart Card

New Delhi, Oct 4 (UNI) Women residing in Delhi will be entitled to free travel in Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) and cluster buses only through the Pink Saheli Smart Card, under amended regulations notified by the Delhi government.
The Transport Department has notified the Delhi Transport Corporation (Free and Concessional Passes) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2026, which came into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette on October 3.
According to the notification, female passengers who are residents of Delhi can travel free in DTC and cluster buses, including both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned services, only by using the Pink Saheli Smart Card based on the National Common Mobility Card (NCMC).
