Supreme Court gets three new judges; strength rises to 37

New Delhi, Oct. 6 (UNI) The Supreme Court on Tuesday got three new judges — Justice Sunita Agarwal, Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyay and Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh — who were administered the oath of office by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant. With their swearing-in, the strength of the Supreme Court, including the CJI, has risen to 37, one short of its sanctioned strength of 38 judges.
