Haryana locks departments into digital tracker for Vision 2047

Panchkula, Sep 25(UNI) Haryana has stopped trusting bureaucratic intent and started demanding digital evidence. Every department working under the state’s Vision 2047 framework must now feed its action plans, targets and progress into the Vision2Action (V2A) portal, with future review meetings set to interrogate live data instead of polished PowerPoints.
A three-day training programme for nodal and backup officers concluded at the Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management here on Friday, drilling officials into a new regime where departmental promises are no longer enough. The sessions on September 22, 24 and 25 were designed to ensure that every intervention and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is locked into a rigid hierarchy: Vision Theme, Vision Issue, Vision Pathway and, finally, the departmental action or KPI itself.
The message is sharp: vague aspirations are out; measurable deliverables are in.
