Minor girl killed by grandmother

Saharanpur (UP), May 29 (UNI) A-five-year old girl was killed by her grandmother in Qutubpur Kuseni area of Saharanpur district here in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday, police sources said here.
Police sources said the grandmother pressed the mouth of the child and slitted her her throat with a blade to frame her daughter-in -law.
Police sources said that the incident took place in the wee hours. Sarita, the grandmother picked up a blade and came near the bed and first pressed her granddaughter Ishika's mouth. "After this, she slowly slit her throat with the blade. She kept pressing her mouth till Ishika stopped breathing, they said.
