K A Paul says Israel election sends strong message to world leaders against war

Hyderabad, Nov 4 (UNI) Praja Shanthi Party President K A Paul on Wednesday said the recent political developments in Israel should serve as a lesson to world leaders promoting wars and ignoring the suffering of ordinary people.
In a video statement, Paul alleged that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's decision to pursue the war against Iran had affected people across the world.
He said leaders who ignored calls for peace and continued military action would eventually face the consequences of their decisions.
Paul claimed that he had made repeated efforts to persuade US President Donald Trump to end the conflict, but his appeals had gone unheeded.
He said he had also held discussions with Iranian leaders, including the country's President, and maintained that dialogue and peace initiatives were the only way to prevent further loss of lives.
Drawing a lesson for Indian politicians, Paul warned that no leader could remain in power forever and said arrogance would lead to political downfall.
He urged political leaders to respect people's concerns and focus on the welfare of the poor, students, women and children.
