Series locked at 1-1, India, West Indies gear up for another high-scoring showdown

Tridib Baparnash
New Delhi, Oct 10 (UNI)Another high-scoring contest appears on the cards as India and the West Indies meet in the third T20I at the Holkar Stadium in Indore on Sunday, with both sides looking to seize the series lead and their bowlers facing another stern test on a ground known for its batting-friendly conditions.
Friday’s second T20I in Ranchi produced 501 runs, with the West Indies chasing down India’s 249/5 with nine balls to spare to level the five-match series 1-1. With Indore’s flat surface and short boundaries likely to favour the batters again, India will need to find answers with the ball to prevent the visitors from repeating their Ranchi heroics.
