Preparations underway for Tawang Marathon 4.0

Itanagar, Sep 21 (UNI) Preparations for the successful conduct of Tawang Marathon 4.0 gained momentum with the first coordination meeting held at the Headquarters of Tawang Brigade on Monday.
The meeting was chaired by Tawang Brigade Commander, Brigadier Vimal Tikoo, and attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner of Tawang, Rinchin Leta, Superintendent of Police Tasi Darang, Assistant Commissioner Nawang Thutan, senior officers of the Indian Army and Civil Administration, and representatives of VAS COREWORKS LLP, the organiser of the marathon.
During the meeting, organising team member Reekay Sharma made a detailed presentation covering the proposed arrangements and preparations for the upcoming edition of the annual sporting event.

Dublin, Sep 28 (UNI) Ed Joyce joins the Ireland men’s senior side as their high-performance batting coach, after spending nearly six years at the helm for the women’s side as their head coach before stepping down in early 2025.
Joyce, regarded as one of the best batsmen to come out of the Irish cricket system, enjoyed an illustrious career with the national setup between 2011 and 2018.
