Telangana CM, TPCC Chief Goud congratulate Deepti Jeevanji on winning Gold Medal

Hyderabad, Oct 20 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and TPCC president Mahesh Kumar Goud congratulated Telangana athlete Deepti Jeevanji on winning gold in the women's 400m T20 event at the 2026 Asian Para Games in Japan.
Deepti clinched the gold medal in a record time of 56.36 seconds. In a post on X, the Chief Minister said her achievement would inspire para-athletes and young sportspersons across the country. He expressed hope that she would win more international medals and bring further laurels to Telangana and India.
Mahesh Kumar Goud also praised Deepti's determination, confidence and hard work, saying her success demonstrated that obstacles could be overcome through perseverance. He wished her continued success in future competitions.
