Social boycott should be imposed on Hagavane family for death of Vaishnavi: BJP's Khardekar

Pune, May 23 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party state spokesperson Sandeep Khardekar said here on Friday that looking at the injuries on Vaishnavi Hagavane's body, there is a suspicion that it was murder and not a suicide and demanded that police should investigate this matter thoroughly.
Vaishnavi, the daughter-in-law of Rajendra Hagawane, who is associated with the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), led by Ajit Pawar, allegedly died under mysterious circumstances, in an alleged dowry case.
Khardekar also demanded that action should be taken against the police officers who were lax in taking action despite the complaint of the elder daughter-in-law Mayuri.
