NEW DELHI, SEPT 28 (UNI):-Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi visited the Bela Estate jhopri-jhuggi cluster along the Yamuna floodplains to directly challenge the Election Commission (EC) over the deletion of 727 out of 728 voter names from the electoral roll.
