New Delhi, Sep 10 (UNI) A 29-year-old junior engineer working on a New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) project was arrested after he allegedly fired two rounds of bullets into the air early Thursday morning, while he was riding in a car in central Delhi’s Rajinder Nagar, police officials said.
