Telangana: Singareni to supply five lakh tons of coal to NSPL in Chhattisgarh

Hyderabad, May 16 (UNI) State-owned Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) has signed an agreement for the supply of five lakh tons of coal to the National Power Generating Company NSPCL located in Durgapur, Chhattisgarh, for this financial year.
Under the Instruction of Singareni Chairman and Managing Director N. Balaram, , the agreement was signed by Singareni General Manager Marketing NV Rajasekhar Rao, NSPCL CEO Diwakar Kaushal, General Managers Neel Kamal and Palash on Thursday.
The NTPC, and the Steel Authority of India have jointly established the joint venture company NSPCL, which is set to supply coal to the thermal power plant located in Durgapur, Chhattisgarh.
