Woman held at Mumbai airport with drug

Mumbai April 17 (UNI) The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) arrested a woman at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai after seizing over 2 kg of cocaine.
She was later produced in a court which remanded him in judicial custody, officials said on Thursday.
According to DRI officials, based on specific inputs, their team intercepted the woman passenger who arrived from Nairobi in Kenya early Tuesday.
The officials said they examined her checked-in luggage and found three packets of white powder. Believing the powder was a narcotic substance, it was tested using a field test kit, and the result was positive for cocaine.
The drug sized from the woman is worth over Rs 21 crore in international market officials said.
