India has written a new chapter in its global economic rise: CM Yogi

Lucknow, Oct 25 (UNI) cknow, Oct 25 (UNI) – Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that under the visionary and decisive leadership of PM Modi, India has written a new chapter in its economic rise on the global stage.
“Today, India is among the fastest-growing major economies in the world. The country is setting new standards in self-reliance, innovation and development. With the spirit of ‘nation first’, the foundations of democracy have been strengthened in ‘New India’,” he said.
The CM wrote on the social media platform X on Sunday that in ‘New India’, the common people are at the centre of policymaking, the welfare of the poor is the priority of governance, Antyodaya is the foundation of self-reliance, and public participation is transforming development into a mass movement.
In the new India, filled with faith, identity and self-confidence, the possibilities of social justice, women's empowerment, digital innovation and economic prosperity are being realised. This development journey is continuously expanding the nation's potential by transforming people's aspirations into opportunities.
The CM said that while many parts of the world are grappling with violence and instability, India is steadily moving forward with democratic stability, economic progress and cultural consciousness. At this time, some narrow-minded political forces, driven by their selfish pursuit of power, are conspiring to push the country towards instability, anarchy and separatism. They are constantly striving to tarnish India's image on global platforms, putting national interests at stake.
Yogi said that despite these challenges, India is moving forward with unwavering resolve towards its development goals. As part of this national journey, Uttar Pradesh, with its vast agricultural potential, expanding industrial base, modern infrastructure and youthful workforce, is accelerating progress across sectors, from agriculture to manufacturing and from investment to employment generation. The state is also playing a crucial role in building a ‘developed India’.
He also reiterated the resolve of the double-engine government, saying, “Our resolve is unwavering: national interest remains paramount, national unity remains intact, and the pace of development remains uninterrupted. This great yajna of India's progress will continue with the spirit of ‘nation first’.”
