AI, blockchain, drones to bring next wave of digital transformation: IT secy

Mumbai, May 7 (UNI) As Artificial Intelligence, blockchain and drones are going to be the next wave of digital transformation, this wave will see a radical improvement in the functioning of the government, asserted Union Electronics & Information Technology secretary S Krishnan on Wednesday .
He was speaking on the occasion of under the initiative “Tech Wari: Maharashtra Tech Learning Week” organised by the General Administration Department of the Government of Maharashtra to create a training culture among the administrative officers and employees.
Delivering a lecture on topic ‘Redefining Administration through Frontier Technology’, Krishnan said that the government’s objective is to provide more efficient, secure, and easy services to the citizens with the help of technology.
