Bihar: Woman's body found in Samastipur

Samastipur (Bihar), Mar 17 (UNI) The body of a 25-year-old woman was recovered from a field in Bihar's Samastipur district here on Monday, police said.
He said that on the basis of information received from the locals, the body of a young woman was recovered from the field in Satanpur village.
The deceased has been identified as Abha Kumari, 25, daughter of Surendra Das, a resident of Bajitpur village under the same police station area.
Sources said Abha Kumari had left home yesterday and was missing since then. When the villagers went to the field this morning, they found his body in a mutilated state. A case has been registered at Ujiarpur police station in the district and the police are investigating the cause of the murder.
The body has been sent to Samastipur Sadar Hospital for postmortem.
