CM Bhajanlal extends greetings on Jodhpur Day, Buddha Purnima

Jaipur, May 12 (UNI) Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma extended his greetings to the people on the occasion of Jodhpur Foundation Day and the festival of Buddha Purnima on Monday.

"Heartfelt congratulations to all on the foundation day of Jodhpur, the City of Sun, which is adorned with a history full of valour, immortal tales of bravery, and glorious traditions," said the CM.

"May this historic city, with the infinite blessings of the Almighty, continue to write new chapters of progress while cherishing the heritage of its glorious past. May the lives of all its citizens be filled with happiness, prosperity, and grandeur," he added.

On the occasion of Buddha Purnima, the Chief Minister said, "Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all on the auspicious festival of Buddha Purnima."

"On this occasion, let us pledge to imbibe the ideals of compassion, truth, non-violence, and peace, as propounded by Mahatma Buddha, in our lives. Through his teachings, we will make a meaningful contribution to building a harmonious, peaceful, and just society," he added.
