Death toll from storms, tornadoes in United States rises to 28 - Reports

Washington, Mar 16 (UNI) The death toll from the recent storms and tornadoes in the United States increased to 28, ABC News reported.
Of these, 15 fatalities were related to tornadoes, the channel specified.
Tornadoes and storms that have hit the states of Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri and Texas threaten approximately 138 million people. In addition, extreme weather conditions have already led to the spread of wildfires. More than 100 fires have been recorded in these areas.
