Delhi court dismisses revision petition for defamatory remarks filed against AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj

New Delhi, Mar 29 (UNI) A court here on Saturday dismissed a revision petition for defamatory remarks filed against Aam Aadmi Party's leader Saurabh Bhardwaj in September 2018.
Special Judge Vishal Gogne after hearing said, "The grounds urged in the revision petition have not been successful in establishing any illegality, error or impropriety in the impugned order. The revision petition is dismissed."
Bhartiya Janta Party's (BJP's) leader Suraj Bhan Chauhan had filed revision petition against the order of a trial court, which had earlier dismissed his complaint against Bhardwaj.
