Mumbai, Apr 22 (UNI) Bollywood actor Ali Fazal, known for his eclectic choice of roles and international acclaim, is reportedly set to portray a celebrity photographer- more specifically, a paparazzo, in his forthcoming venture.
According to sources close to the production, Fazal will embody a paparazzo navigating the chaotic pulse of celebrity culture, capturing both the glamour and the emotional wreckage left in its wake.
The yet-to-be-titled film, described as dark dramedy, aims to critique and deconstruct the exploitative spectacle of fame. Set against the backdrop of Mumbai's fast-paced showbiz industry, will explore the ethical ambiguity and psychological complexities inherent in the world of tabloid journalism.
Sources reveal that the script is in the final stages of development, with the production team working meticulously on the concluding draft, with Fazal expected to begin immersing himself in the role soon. The shooting of the film will begin towards the end of 2025. UNI XC SSP
