GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra launches mega residential project

Hyderabad, June 19 (UNI) GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP, launched Rs 3,169 crore 63-storey luxury residential project, called "The Cascades Neopolis", here on Thursday.
Strategically located in Neopolis, Kokapet area, the five 63-storey towers and 217 metre in height, project spread across 7.34 acres, is designed to offer a subline blend of contemporary design, sustainable living and smart home automation and it features 1,189 sustainable apartments along with 10 exclusive triplex penthouses, said designated partners Sharat V (representing Urbanblocks Realty), Lakshmi Narayana G (representing Lakshmi Infra) and Karteesh Reddy M (representing GHR Infra) on the occasion.
The company targeted to handover to buyers by March 2030, they said.
With a focus on wellness, sustainability and smart living, they claimed that the project, a joint venture by GHR Infra, Laxmi Infra and Urbanblocks Realty, is registered under RERA, is designed 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments, ranging from a spacious 2,560 sq ft to a sprawling 4,825 sq ft.
Priced at Rs 10,000 per sq ft plus amenities and others, the project will be meticulously crafted to address the increasing demand for luxury and smart living spaces that prioritize holistic wellness and environmental responsibility, they informed.
Leading global architects roped in to create futuristic structure, they said the project developed with invaluable insights and inputs from leading global consultants including UHA London (concept Architect), Coopers Hill Singapore (landscape Architect), Studio HBA Singapore (interior design-amenities) and Buro Happold from UK (Structural Engineering).
With seven levels of parking (two basement plus five podium) ensuring ample space for residents, ground and sky-level amenities, the towers are being visually inspired by the cascading waterfalls nestled within nature, they said.
The project will have two helipads, a sky bridge connecting all towers and an expansive two lakh plus sq ft 7-level amenities, including a lavish 50,000 plus sq ft Club house, they said.
The project is also aiming for WELL pro-certification (once achieved, it would be the first such residential project in South India) and IGBC Platinum pre-certified, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to global standards for health, wellness and environmental stewardship, they added.
