New Delhi, May 4 (UNI) Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh, the Chief of Air Staff, on Sunday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his official residence here.

The meeting comes amid the escalating tensions between India and Pakistan following the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on April 22, in which 26 people, mostly tourists, were killed.

Notably, on Saturday, Indian Navy Chief, Admiral Dinesh Kumar Tripathi, had also met the Prime Minister at his Lok Kalyan Marg residence.

The Prime Minister has held several high-level meetings following the Pahalgam terror attack.
