IFFCO Kisan Finance to provide high-quality primary healthcare services in Gaya

Patna, Apr 25 (UNI) Reinforcing its commitment to inclusive rural development, IFFCO Kisan Finance has launched a transformative healthcare initiative to provide high-quality primary healthcare services across 15 locations in Gaya.
CEO of IFFCO Kisan Finance Anjaneya Prasad Prabhala said in a release here on Saturday that the initiative is a flagship CSR programme Arogya Vistaar of IFFCO Kisan Finance which would be executed in collaboration with NGO Utthaan and leading digital healthcare provider DocOnline in Gaya in its first phase.
Prabhala said that the initiative will deploy an Integrated Rural Dig-Physical Healthcare Services (IRDHS) network with a clear focus on improving healthcare access in underserved rural communities. This pioneering model includes a digital health clinic, mobile clinics, and a local women-led upskilling programme for assisted teleconsultations—bringing care to the doorstep of the rural population, he informed.
Funded entirely by IFFCO Kisan Finance, this health CSR initiative addresses the twin challenges of accessibility and affordability, he said adding that the IRDHS model is expected to cut long-distance travel for medical care by up to 90%, providing direct access to consultations with leading doctors, essential diagnostics, and medications.
He said that special emphasis will be laid on preventive healthcare and chronic disease management, especially for senior citizens, women, and adolescent girls -demographics often neglected in rural setups.
Prabhala said that by bringing quality healthcare to underserved communities, IFFCO Kisan Finance will support the unprivileged for their overall well-being, helping them achieve a healthier and more sustainable future.
Secretary of Utthaan Rajneesh Jain said that
this initiative will significantly transform healthcare delivery and ensure long-term health improvements for the people of Gaya.
Managing Director, DocOnline Manasije Mishra said that
the IRDHS model by DocOnline blends technology with personalized care, enabling us to bring high-quality healthcare to even the most remote regions. This programme will be crucial in reducing healthcare disparities and ensuring specialized care reaches underserved communities.
The IRDHS project represents a new chapter in rural healthcare, where technology and human resources come together to break down the barriers to healthcare access and create sustainable health solutions for the underserved.
