Influx of Telangana residents to Telangana Bhavan from border states increases

New Delhi/Hyderabad, May 11 (UNI) Amid the prevailing situation, a growing number of students and citizens from Telangana residing in neighbouring border states are arriving at Telangana Bhavan in New Delhi seeking assistance.
So far, 86 Telangana residents have reached Telangana Bhavan, of whom 26 have been provided with necessary transport facilities and sent to their respective native villages in the state.
Anticipating the arrival of over 100 more individuals on Sunday, officials have made all necessary arrangements in advance.
Resident Commissioner Dr. Gaurav Uppal personally reviewed the preparedness at Telangana Bhavan. He inspected the arrangements for food, accommodation, medical aid, and transport, and offered appropriate instructions to the staff to ensure smooth coordination.
The Telangana government is currently extending comprehensive support, ensuring all necessary assistance is provided to every individual arriving at the Bhavan, an official statement said.
