New Delhi, May 17 (UNI) Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IPU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with International Vaccine Institute (IVI), South Korea,
to facilitate discussion and establish a collaborative partnership in the areas of research,
training, and tool development related to vaccine studies.
With this agreement, both institutions will jointly engage in scientific and technical reviews, as
well as provide consultancy services in vaccine research and development, leveraging their respective areas of expertise.
Both will also collaborate to identify and pursue funding opportunities, prepare relevant documentation, and align their strategic priorities to enhance the impact of their joint
initiatives.
The institutions plan to co-organize workshops, seminars, and conferences on various topics
related to vaccines, further strengthening knowledge sharing and capacity building in this
critical field.
Speaking on the occasion, Vice Chancellor of the IP University Prof Mahesh Verma stated that this MoU will herald a new chapter in the field of research and development of novel vaccines.
Meanwhile, Prof Jerome Kim from the IVI also affirmed their commitment to fostering a strong and enduring collaborative relationship.
