Kerala startups bag honours, investment opportunities

Thiruvananthapuram, Mar 22 (UNI) The startup delegation from Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) hogged the limelight at the three-day 32nd Convergence India Expo, the country’s largest technology and infrastructure event, in New Delhi, by winning a major honour, besides lapping up investment opportunities.
A contingent of 24 startups took part in the March 19-21 expo at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, where they held around 30 meetings with investors and about 100 potential business discussions.
They also showcased their innovations and strengthened the connect with investors and technology leaders present.
Convergence India Expo 2025 is organised by the Exhibitions India Group (EIG) and India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), the premier trade promotion enterprise of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.
Agri-tech startup Fuselage Innovations emerged the winner at the Startup Pitch Hub of the expo, qualifying for a fully sponsored exhibition space at the Expand North Star Dubai in October and G-Tex Europe in Berlin in May.
The Kochi-based Fuselage will also get a place at the Super Challenge 2025 Startup Conference in Berlin (June) as well as the Supernova Challenge Pitch in Dubai.
Ten startups made it to the final round of the event. Apart from Fuselage, three of them were from Kerala: C-DISC Technologies, Genrobotic Innovations and Inker Robotic Solutions.
Besides, C-DISC Technologies initiated talks with Maharashtra-based foundation for marketing expansion. Another startup Mojgenie IT Solutions has been roped in for providing their service for an international summit.
Lauding the startups for the achievements at the expo, KSUM CEO Anoop Ambika said KSUM startups made the most of the prestigious platform.
“They deftly leveraged the forum by networking with industry leaders, innovators and investors. The honours and potential investment avenues are the proof of the robust startup ecosystem in the state. With robust digital infrastructure and a strong focus on emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and AVGC-XR, Kerala has become a thriving ground for IT enterprises,” he added.
At the expo, delegates from other states and abroad showed keen interest in the service and products showcased by KSUM startups and invited them for potential collaborations.
The startups represented KSUM at the expo: Alphageek Enterprises, Inker Robotics, Fuselage Innovations, FlexiCLoud Internet, C-DISC Technologies, ARKELLIS, Techgenius Innovations, OtoHome Automations, Catalyca, Mojgenie IT Solutions, learnvia by Kalasamhita Creative Academy, Luka Healthcare , Nellikka Complete Solution, CloudPositive, IntPurple Technologies LLP, Dale Vihari Trips, Blend-ed, Expevo Digital, Genrobotic Innovation, Aeroman Technologies, Panlys Nanotech, Risknox.ai, Tricta Technologies and White Matrix Software Solutions.
More than 50,000 industry visitors, 1,200 brands and stakeholders from over 40 countries attended the mega event, which also saw the convergence of professionals, digital trailblazers, and government leaders from across domains like IT, ICT, Broadcast, Internet of Things (IoT), Fintech, and Embedded Technology.
KSUM is the Kerala government’s nodal agency for entrepreneurship development and incubation activities in the state.
