Hyderabad, Apr 3 (UNI) BRS working president K T Rama Rao (KTR) has reaffirmed his party’s commitment to preserving Kanche Gachibowli as a green haven for future generations.
Taking to Twitter (X), KTR assured the public that once the BRS party comes to power, the land would be dedicated to creating Hyderabad’s largest eco-park, with no construction or development allowed.
"This is our promise—Once the BRS party comes to power, we will dedicate Kanche Gachibowli to the people of Hyderabad, creating the largest Eco-park for future generations," he wrote.
KTR also issued a warning to potential buyers, urging them to exercise caution, as the party’s commitment to the eco-park was "written in stone."
He emphasised that the decision was backed by BRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) and had full support from all party members.
"We will come to power and we will make this into an eco-park," KTR declared, reassuring the public and students of Hyderabad Central University, who have been vocal about their concerns regarding the land.
"You will only hear peacocks sing! And trees that will thrive to touch the sky!" he promised, underscoring the party’s dedication to environmental conservation.
