Maha: Govt to implement online PGRS system in CM Secretariat soon

Nagpur, Apr 20 (UNI) The online Public Grievances Redressal System (PGRS) will be implemented soon to take positive action on public applications and representations received at various programmes as well as at CM Secretariat-Hyderabad House here and to inform the applicants about the current status of their application through SMS.
An official media statement said here on Sunday that a meeting was held in this regard at CM Secretariat today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
As per the state government's policy of providing immediate relief to the public by using technology in
government work, during Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis' visit to Nagpur and at CM Secretariat here, the online PGRS system has been developed to send representations, applications and complaints related to various departments and subjects to the concerned department and take appropriate action on them.
The representations and applications received through this online system will be classified department-wise and complaint-wise. These applications and representations will be scanned and sent to the concerned department for necessary action and the applicant will be informed about it through SMS.
The applicant will be informed about the disposal of the applicant's application through SMS after following up with the concerned department.
Fadnavis expressed satisfaction about this online system.
Soon, this facility will be introduced in the service of the public, added the statement.
