Maha: Three-day historic 'Sanatan Rasthra Shankhnaad Mahotsav' to be held in Goa from May 17

Kolhapur, May 8 (UNI) On occassion of the 83rd birth anniversary of founder of Sanatan Sanstha, Sachchidanand Parabrahma Dr Jayant Balaji Athavale and to mark of silver jubilee of the Sanatan Sanstha, a three-day historic 'Sanatan Rasthra Shankhnaad Mahotsav' will be held in Goa from May 17 to 19.
Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, Abhay Vartak, spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha, said that this grand event is Shankhnaad for Sanatan Rashtra – ‘a Ramrajya-like eternal nation for the welfare of the world’.
A special highlight of this festival is the presence of revered saints, mahants, Hindutva stalwarts, intellectuals, Union Ministers, Chief Ministers of various states, along with over 25,000 seekers and devout Hindus from India and abroad, all united in their dedication to the protection of the nation and dharma, he informed.
Elaborating on ‘Sanatan Rashtra’ - a nation modelled on the principles of Ramrajya, he said this initiative aims to foster unity and brotherhood among all spiritual institutions and Hindu organisations.
In the face of the internal and external challenges confronting India today, the preservation and promotion of Sanatan Dharma and its eternal values has become not just relevant but essential, he added.
