TCS partners with Vantage Towers to revolutionise Telecom Site Management across Europe

Kolkata, Mar 05 (UNI) Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has partnered with Vantage Towers, Europe’s second-largest telecom tower operator with a network of 86,000 sites, to launch a digital service platform aimed at transforming the experience of property owners that lease land for telecom tower installations.
The partnership aims to streamline service processes for property owners, enhance retention, and strengthen telecom site partnerships for Vantage Towers across Europe, according to a media statement here on Wednesday.
TCS will also deploy TCS Crystallus for Telecom, an industry-specific offering designed to accelerate digital transformation.
Through this program, property owners across eight markets in Europe will benefit from round-the-clock personalized access to customer support via their preferred channels. This approach empowers landlords and enables Vantage Tower agents and other stakeholders to seamlessly access crucial information across the enterprise through the unified platform.
Tobias Steinig, Chief Digital Officer at Vantage Towers, said, "Long-term relationships with our landlords are a win-win-situation for both sides and, in addition, the foundation for a successful network expansion and digitalization in Europe. This joint project underscores our commitment to operational excellence and reinforces our promise of stable partnerships based on high-quality service experience and transparency.”
The partnership builds on the long-standing relationship between TCS and Vantage Towers, signaling a deeper collaboration focused on creating value through technology-driven offerings.
Vantage Towers relies on these property partners to expand its extensive infrastructure across Europe. This initiative is expected to accelerate growth by converting property partners into long-term advocates, driving Vantage Towers’ mission of sustainable telecom expansion.
Akhilesh Tiwari, President, Communications, Media and Information Services (CMI), TCS, said, ''We are delighted to partner with Vantage Towers on this strategic initiative to transform their landlord experience, driving business agility and seamless site operations. Our strong partnership with ServiceNow will enable sustained ideation and innovation aligned to Vantage Towers’ growth and transformation imperatives.”
Leveraging its deep telecom expertise, TCS will collaborate with ServiceNow, a leading digital workflow and business service platform, to revolutionize the service experience, enabling landowners to raise requests seamlessly.
Rohit Batra, General Manager and Vice-President for Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Media, and Technology at ServiceNow, said, "At ServiceNow, we're committed to helping organizations like Vantage Towers transform their operations through intelligent digital workflows. This strategic partnership will enable Vantage Towers to consolidate disparate systems into a unified platform, delivering enhanced experiences for their landlords while optimizing operational efficiency. We're proud to support Vantage Towers in their journey to becoming a fully digital tower company and setting new standards for the telecommunications infrastructure industry."
This partnership builds on TCS’ long-standing commitment to serving as a trusted IT partner for European enterprises, with a presence in the region for over 45 years.
Throughout this journey, TCS has driven growth and transformation for some of Europe’s leading multinationals across industries such as banking and financial services, manufacturing, telecom, retail, travel, logistics, and more.
With a diverse and agile workforce operating from 62 offices across Europe, TCS continues to be a strategic transformation partner, empowering businesses to navigate change and achieve sustained success.
