Bihar: Youths to get training for their active roles in emergency during Indo-Pak tension

Patna, May 9 (UNI) The Bihar Government has decided to impart training to youths especially those associated with NCC, NSS, Scouts and Guides, among others, to play their active roles during emergency situations amid heightened tension between India and Pakistan.
A meeting of senior officials of departments concerned was convened by Pratyay Amrit , Additional Chief Secretary of Disaster Management Department, stressing the need to train all willing youths to enable them to work in tandem with the administration to provide help like relief and rescue operations for citizens during emergency situations amid heightened tension between India and Pakistan.
Trained youths would also make the people aware of how to protect themselves during any emergency situation.
