Cargo operations begin at Donyi Polo Airport, boosting connectivity and local economy

Itanagar, May 1 (UNI) In a significant step towards enhancing Arunachal Pradesh’s logistical infrastructure, incoming cargo operations officially commenced at Donyi Polo Airport, Itanagar on Thursday via the passenger terminal.
The announcement was made by Chief Minister Pema Khandu, who hailed the development as a major milestone in the state’s connectivity and economic growth journey.
The inbound cargo services, facilitated by IndiGo Airlines, have begun from May 1, with outbound operations set to start shortly from Hollongi Airport, Khandu stated in a social media post.
