RLM president Upendra Kushwaha receives threatening call from Lawrence Bishnoi gang, complaint lodged

Patna, June 19 (UNI) Former Union Minister and president of Rastriya Lok Morcha (RLM) Upendra Kushwaha today received a call allegedly from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang threatening to kill him if he continues to target a particular political party.
Kushwaha informed on his social media account X, that a person claiming himself to be of Lawrence Bishnoi gang, made a phone call tonight, threatening him with dire consequences if he did not stop targeting a particular political party. A total of seven phone calls were made on his cell phone tonight and he was threatened with dire consequences within ten days, if did not stop talking about a particular political party, he stated.
"Soon after receiving the threatening call, I have informed SSP Patna requesting him to take action against the accused as soon as possible," the RLM president said, adding that in a democracy, any attempt to gag the voice could never be accepted. Such kind of hindrances should be finished without any delay, he stressed.
