Odisha holds Tricolour bike rally celebrating success of Op Sindoor

Bhubaneswar, May 14 (UNI) The Indian armed forces are fully prepared to give a befitting reply to any challenge posed by the enemy, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi said on Wednesday while flagging off a Tricolour Bike Rally at Kalinga Stadium to celebrate the success of Operation Sindoor.

The rally began at 8 am from Kalinga Stadium and concluded at Raj Bhavan.

It saw enthusiastic participation from police personnel, security forces, public representatives, and citizens. Participants waved the national flag and rode motorcycles while chanting “Vande Mataram.”

Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Majhi said that the Tricolour Bike Yatra would further strengthen the nation's campaign against terrorism in the wake of Operation Sindoor's success.

“When all Indians, regardless of caste or religion, unite under the Tricolour, no force can stand against us,” he said, adding that the three colours of the national flag symbolize devotion, harmony, and unity.

The Chief Minister described the national flag as a silent yet powerful witness to India’s resolve, struggle, sacrifice, and spirit of renunciation.

Majhi recalled his participation in the Tricolour Yatra on August 14 last year and expressed joy at witnessing the same enthusiastic spirit among people this time.

He paid heartfelt tribute to the brave soldiers who upheld the honour of the nation during Operation Sindoor.

Stating that every Indian is safe under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Chief Minister emphasized the importance of showing strength when necessary.

Deputy Chief Ministers K V Singh Deo and Parvathi Parida, Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari, and several other members of the council of ministers also participated in the event.
