Jammu Police foils agitating PHE daily wagers march to civil secretariat

Jammu, Mar 10 (UNI) Jammu Police on Monday foiled a march of protesting PHE daily wagers heading towards the Civil Secretariat.
The daily wagers were protesting over no mention of them and considering their demands in the recent Jammu and Kashmir government budget presented by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in the Legislative Assembly.
The protesting daily wagers have threatened a three-day strike and stopped water supply in the entire region from March 20 stating that the government will be responsible for it.
